We charge less than SGD 200 for file system related problems. Which means the electronics and mechanics of the storage media is healthy and only the file system inside the storage media is corrupted. In this case there is no need for parts replacement or lab treatment.

- No mechanical or electronic failure and only file system corruption SGD 100 to SGD 200
- Sector problems and firmware problems the charge is between SGD 200 to SGD 600
- Head crash, motor crash, electronic chip burn, platter damage the charge is between SGD 600 to SGD 1500
- For RAID recovery depending on the complexity the charge is between SDG 1000 to SGD 2500

| We provide free pickup and delivery. There is no charge for you, in case you do not proceed with any recovery or the recovered data is not useful for you. |
